Operation is impressively simple, the unit comes fully assembled, you'll just need to adjust it for a perfect fit. First, place the base around the penis and position against the body. You'll then slide the head piece over the extension rods (if needed), and loop the flexible silicone strap about the head of the penis, tightening securely and comfortably before pushing the remaining ends though the slots in the housing. Next, adjust the extension rods by turning the grooved ends of the rods, stop when an optimal level of tension if reached. You should feel a bit of a pull, but nothing painful.

The Enlarger is meant to be worn over a period of time, and it's designed to be worn under clothing discreetly. Start with shorter sessions of up to four hours at first, increasing gradually.
